Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 2 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail:customerservice@makeupstudiocosmetics.com or telephone (1- 888-288-0433). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified more than 2 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged (if damaged) items for inspection by the carrier.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

To Return an Item

In order to return an item for a refund, a return authorization number is required. To obtain your return authorization number and instructions, contact us by e-mail: customerservice@makeupstudiocosmetics.com or call us toll free at 1-888-288-0433
We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to Makeupstudiocosmetics.com via a pre-approved shipper. This information will accompany the authorization notice.
